Revenue Protection Assistant
Looking after our customers ensuring they have the correct tickets and travel documentation is the responsibility of the Revenue Protection Assistant (RPA). RPAs make sure that our customers have the right tickets to get them to where they want to go, collect train fares and offer assistance.
RPAs are always in the public eye and need to be smart, highly motivated, willing, helpful and flexible.
RPAs work shift patterns that include weekends, early morning starts and late night finishes.
