I am an Associate Lecturer for the Open University.
How do you use South West Trains? What train journeys do you make?
Pleasure and business about 6-8 times a month.
Why did you want to join the Panel
Because I saw an article in the local paper asking for members and thought it looked interesting and because I like travelling on South West Trains.
Are you pleased with the work of the Panel? What do you think are the Panel's biggest achievements?
Overall I am pleased with the work of the Panel and feel the biggest achievement is to get the passenger voice heard by the management.
What do you like least about South West Trains?
The overcrowding on some of the trains caused by a lack of sufficient coaches.
What do you like best?
The fact that the staff are pleasant and do their best to ensure that you enjoy your journey.
