No. The Season Ticket discount arrangement is linked to the average performance of the train service for the 12 months before you renew your ticket, compared with the published targets for punctuality and reliability. You will still be entitled to your discount if we don’t achieve our punctuality and reliability targets over the previous 12-month period. The new timetable, combined with our focus on train performance, has improved punctuality considerably since December 2004. However, we will continue to offer the 5% discount until we deliver improvements over a longer period of time, up to the point where we achieve or do better than the minimum performance targets.
