To avoid fraudulent use, Season Ticket renewal cannot be issued any earlier than midday the day before they are due to start (see table below). This follows industry guidelines, which are programmed into all train operators' ticket issuing systems and cannot be overridden. The issue you raise has been discussed with the Association of Train Operating Companies and is currently under review; passengers will be advised of any change in due course. Meanwhile, refer to the table below. You might want to buy your Season Ticket in advance to avoid busy times.
