Meet the Manager sessions are opportunities for passengers to meet the team at South West Trains and to voice their views. We hold these sessions at larger stations, such as London Waterloo, which are used by a greater number of passengers. In order to cater for intermediate stations, we also have periodic sessions on board our trains. Passengers who use our smaller stations and want to find out more about Meet the Manager or when the next session takes place, are advised to contact their local station managers or the Customer Service Centre on 0845 6000 650.
