Business Travel

We offer a dedicated service, staffed by a team of knowledgeable professionals who take the hassle out of planning and booking business travel across the entire UK rail network.

Our service offers you a single point of contact, ensures the best price for the most appropriate ticket, provides once-a-month invoicing, and is absolutely free!

We can arrange Single, Return and even Season Tickets, including those for UK ferries*. Our direct monthly invoicing and deferred payments offers you ultimate ease of ordering and greater cash control for you and your company.  Tickets can either be posted to you immediately, or arrangements can be made for them to be collected from certain stations.

* Excludes international ferries.

Group Travel

For groups of 10 or more people travelling together at off-peak* times.  Tickets are discounted by at least 25% when paid at least seven days in advance of travelling.  If you are travelling to London, the cost of London Underground travel is included so you can get a 25% discount off the full price. 

Greater savings for under 18s

With Group Travel, child fares (normally valid for five-15 year olds only) are extended to include 16- and 17-year olds. Normal child fares are half the price of the adult fare so this means everyone under the age of 18 travels for much less.

GroupSave

If you're travelling in a group of three or four, you can also benefit from group discounts with our GroupSave scheme, which offers savings of up to 50%. Our team will work out which discounts apply to your group and make sure you get the best value tickets for your journey. Click here to find out more about GroupSave.

Seating and luggage

Where available, seat reservations are free and we do our best to ensure that your group is seated together. You will be issued with one ticket to cover the whole group. It is important that you inform us of any additional luggage or special requirements when you book, as space may be limited.

Extra travel assistance

If you are travelling in a large group and book at least two weeks in advance, you can request that one of our staff members accompanies your group to help contribute to a smoother and more effortless journey. This service is subject to staff availability.

Booking is simple

Simply contact the Group Travel team. Whatever your needs, our professional and experienced staff will be pleased to help you. You will be asked to confirm your booking in writing - either by post, fax or email.

To make sure there are enough seats for your group, you are required to book and pay at least seven days in advance. For bookings of groups over 100, at least four weeks' notice is preferred. All Group Travel bookings are subject to availability.
