Too many announcements?

Question Why do you have so many announcements on your trains?
Answer We are duty bound to make announcements due to new regulations. We are however, currently looking at the tone and style of our on-board announcements and making some adjustments. In doing so, we hope to strike a balance between complying with regulations and delivering good service.
