Do you carry out ticket checks on all of your services?
We do take this seriously and we have a large team of Revenue Protection Inspectors, some plain clothed, who regularly undertake special exercises to ensure that everybody travelling has a valid ticket for the journey they are making. Our guards are also expected to make regular ticket checks.
