Please can you tell me if all of your stations are fully accessible to wheelchair users?
Not all of stations have disabled access, but any structural work to existing ones may see such changes occur. The Disability Discrimination Act does not currently apply to existing buildings, but over the coming years we expect more stations to be adapted to have access for all. In the interim period, we will provide alternative arrangements for any customers with impairments who are unable to join or alight at a station without disabled access.
