Why are ticket office queues so long at the start of the working week?
Mondays are very busy days, when a large proportion of our customers purchase tickets for the week ahead. Wherever possible we will deploy mobile ticket sellers to assist. Tickets can be purchased in advance and if you are renewing a weekly ticket this can be done from the previous Friday after midday.
