Each depot has its own team to service our trains. Our Fitter Technicians/Mechanics are responsibile for servicing, maintaining, repairing and overhauling traction units, components and equipment. Duties vary from depot to depot, but in the main they carry out examinations, component exchanges and repairs. They also attend breakdowns when required.
Fitter Technicians/Mechanics work a 24/7 shift pattern.
