We employ a number of managers throughout the Company.  These fall into two broad categories, people managers and technical managers.

People managers may require particular areas of expertise but primarily are responsible for managing staff, building efficient and enthusiastic teams to achieve business outcomes and ensuring each individual’s personal growth and development.  Working as a people manager, you will be focused to achieve business success through people.

Technical managers are experts in fields such as Engineering, Customer Service, Finance and IT, Human Resources, Operations and Safety.  Technical managers have in-depth specialist knowledge within their field and are skilled at analysis and problem solving.

All managers are proficient in planning and organising, communicating, negotiating and influencing people at all levels and are proactive and effective leaders and team workers.
