Looking after our customers ensuring they have the correct tickets and travel documentation is the responsibility of the Revenue Protection Assistant (RPA). RPAs make sure that our customers have the right tickets to get them to where they want to go, collect train fares and offer assistance.
RPAs are always in the public eye and need to be smart, highly motivated, willing, helpful and flexible.
RPAs work shift patterns that include weekends, early morning starts and late finishes.

Our aim is to structure work schedules to the individual’s requirements. We are particularly interested in candidates who can cover our business’ peak times i.e. early mornings (approximately 06:00 to 10:00) or late afternoons/evenings (approximately 15:00 to 21:00).
If you are considering applying for this role on a part time basis, please be aware that the training period (approximately 4 - 6 weeks) is carried out on a full time basis, which you would need to be able to commit to without exception.
