Two of the most popular Railcards change their name from 18 May 2008 but will continue to offer the same huge savings on train travel.
Young Persons Railcard will now be known as the 16-25 Railcard and offer a third off train fares for a whole year if you are aged 16 to 25 years old or in full-time education, for just £24.
Family Railcard will now be called Family & Friends Railcard and will entitle up to four adults and four children to travel together with savings of a third for adults and 60% off for kids, for just £24 a year again.
The other Railcards—Senior, Network and Disabled Person’s—keep their names and benefits. For more details, visit railcard.co.uk.
