Our ticket machines have a new facility to make buying tickets more convenient – so you can buy your tickets from our website or our Customer Service Centre and collect pre-paid train tickets at the station.
This is now being piloted at:
- Southampton Central
- Southampton Airport (Parkway)
- Bournemouth
- Basingstoke
- Winchester
- Woking
- Guildford
- Richmond
- Wimbledon
- London Waterloo
Subject to a sucessful pilot, this will be rolled out to our stations in the coming months. This page will be updated with the latest information, so keep checking here for updates.

Follow these simple steps to buy your ticket:
Step 1: Plan your journey and buy your tickets here or call our Customer Service Centre
Step 2: Select the option to collect your tickets from the station
Step 3: When at the station, select 'Collect Pre-Paid Tickets' from the ticket machine, insert the credit or debit card you used to buy your ticket, and key in your unique collection reference number. Your ticket(s) will then be dispensed!
