At stations
Our ticket offices or Travel Centres are able to advise you on the best rail tickets across the UK as well as train and ferry bookings to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Ireland. Overnight sleeper reservations between London and Cornwall and London and Scotland and Rover tickets for various journeys within the UK can also be made. The opening hours are clearly displayed at each station or you can view them here. Tickets can be purchased with cash, cheque or major credit and debit cards.
Our ticket offices do get busy at peak times so you may prefer to buy in advance using our telephone bookings service for train tickets or to renew your Annual Season Ticket.
The majority of our stations have self-service machines, normally located near the station entrance, from which you can purchase day-of-travel tickets for up to four adults and four children to all UK national rail destinations.
