We have joined with a number of different bus companies to offer a range of tickets that provide combined rail and bus travel to and from the following places: Alton, Eastleigh, Woking and Yeovil Junction.
The bus zone fare is made up of the normal rail fare (inclusive of any Railcard discounts) plus a specially negotiated flat fare for a single or return bus journey within the designated bus zone (called an ‘add-on’).
Bus zone Season Tickets are also available for 7 Day, one month, three months and Annual periods.
All add-on tickets can be purchased from any of our staffed stations or from on-train staff, but not on buses. Fares are available in both directions.
Alton Bus zone
Availability and conditions
Valid in the local area approximately within a four mile radius of Alton station, allowing a maximum of one change of bus in each direction. Download map.
