Highlights this summer include:
National Passengers Survey results
The latest results have revealed that 85% of South West Trains passengers are satisfied with their journey - the highest ever level of satisfaction in a spring survey.
The most recent statistics also show that punctuality on South West Trains is at 95.8%.

Stations improvements
From installing new lifts to cycle improvements, new outlets or platform entrance improvements, check out what is coming up in your area.
Engineering works
There will be no major engineering work during July and August on our mainlines to Weymouth, Portsmouth and Exeter. However it is necessary for Network Rail to carry out some work on local and suburban routes. Find out more information here.
Car parking improvements
Works have started at Southampton Airport Parkway to upgrade the car park. When completed in 2011, Southampton Airport Parkway will benefit from an extra 378 car park spaces.
Security
Crime fell by 7% on the South West Trains network last year including significant reductions in robbery, violence offences, cycle theft and public order offences.
Cycling
350 additional cycle spaces have been delivered by South West Trains as part of the cycle improvement programme. Look out for more to come.

Cashless parking is now available at a number of stations
Smart card pilot schemes are now in operation at more than 50 stations on routes from Staines, Basingstoke and the Isle of Wight
