Following recent disruptions, our teams are very busy trying to deal with the large volumes of calls, letters and emails relating to the disruption. If you have made contact with us, we would ask you to please be patient whilst waiting for a response.

Lost Property

All Lost Property is sent from our stations to our central Lost Property office at London Waterloo. It is open from 0730 to 1900 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and you should allow a minimum of 2 full working days for the item to be received and processed.

Passenger Forum and Feedback

Twice a year we will hold an all-day event at London Waterloo Station giving you the opportunity to meet and talk with South West Trains and Network Rail Alliance teams.

 

We also hold monthly Tweet the Manager sessions when questions will be answered by managers from different areas of our business and a WebChat twice a year. A list of the dates for these events can be found here.

Passengers' Panel

The Passengers’ Panel is a unique forum consisting of volunteer South West Trains passengers. It is totally independent and, most importantly of all, its voice is heard at the highest level within South West Trains. Sir Alan Greengross, the Panel’s Chairman, regularly attends South West Trains Board Meetings in order to apprise the Board of Passengers views.

London TravelWatch is the official watchdog organisation representing the interests of transport users in and around the capital.

If you have a complaint or problem with any aspect of London's transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service. If you are unhappy with the operator's response, or you do not receive a response within a reasonable time frame, you can appeal to us and we will investigate.
