You can also buy your tickets over the phone with our experienced Customer Service team. They can arrange for you to collect your tickets from a self-service ticket machine at the station or send them to you by post.

Assisted Travel

Lost Property

All Lost Property is sent from our stations to our central Lost Property office at London Waterloo. It is open from 0730 to 1900 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and you should allow a minimum of 2 full working days for the item to be received and processed.

Passengers' Panel

The Passengers’ Panel is a unique forum consisting of volunteer South West Trains passengers. It is totally independent and, most importantly of all, its voice is heard at the highest level within South West Trains. Sir Alan Greengross, the Panel’s Chairman, regularly attends South West Trains Board Meetings in order to apprise the Board of Passengers views.
