Meet the Manager

Meet the Manager is your opportunity to meet and speak to some of our senior managers and directors. A list of Meet the Manager sessions is available here.

Passengers' Panel

The Passengers’ Panel is a unique forum consisting of volunteer South West Trains passengers. It is totally independent and, most importantly of all, its voice is heard at the highest level within South West Trains. Sir Alan Greengross, the Panel’s Chairman, regularly attends South West Trains Board Meetings in order to apprise the Board of Passengers views.

You can find out more about their work on the Passengers' Panel website.

Our Customer Service Centre is open from 0600-2200 daily (except 25 and 26 December). Calls from a BT landline to our 0845 number are charged at local call rates, those to 0800 numbers are free. Higher charges may apply if you call from a mobile phone or other telephone operator.

Calls made to any number listed on this page may be monitored and/or recorded.
