Lost Property

All Lost Property is sent from our stations to our central Lost Property office at London Waterloo. It is open from 0730 to 1900 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and you should allow a minimum of 2 full working days for the item to be received and processed.

Passenger Forum and Feedback

Twice a year we will hold an all-day event at London Waterloo Station giving you the opportunity to meet and talk with South West Trains team.


We also hold monthly Tweet the Manager sessions when questions will be answered by managers from different areas of our business and a WebChat twice a year. A list of the dates for these events can be found here.

Passenger Panel

The Passenger Panel is a unique forum consisting of volunteer South West Trains passengers. It is totally independent and, most importantly of all, its voice is heard at the highest level within South West Trains. Panel members attend monthly strategic meetings in order to represent Passenger views.
