Discounted train fares for passengers with disabilities

Get a 1/3 off most rail fares throughout Great Britain. If you're travelling with an adult companion they also can get the same discount - so you can save money for your friends too!

Registered visually - impaired pasengers who travel with a companion are entitled to discounts on the following fares:

 
If you travel in your own wheelchair and do not have a Disabled Persons Railcard, the same discounts will apply. The same discount will also apply to one companion: please ask our Customer Service Centre for details.  

Registered Blind or Visually impaired people can purchase an adult season ticket which allows a companion to travel with you at no additional cost. The companion does not have to be the same person on every journey. These tickets can be purchased online or from any staffed station.

Transport for London Freedom Passes provide free travel to Disabled residents in London. They are valid for free travel on South West Trains services after 0930 Monday-Friday, at weekends and on public holidays.
