Wightlink - Ryde Pier Closure InformationIsland Line Trains services between Ryde Pier Head and Shanklin are unaffected by the closure of Ryde Pier to all road vehicles. Wightlink passengers travelling to/from Ryde Pier Head may use the train between Ryde Pier Head & Ryde Esplanade free of charge. Wightlink season & multi-link ticket holders may travel free of charge between Ryde Pier Head and Ryde St Johns Road. Non season & multi-link customers travelling from Shanklin, Lake, Sandown, Brading and Ryde St Johns Road will be required to purchase a normal through ticket to their destination.
Parking is available at Ryde St Johns Road, priced at £1 per 24 hours. Wightlink season & multi-link holders may use this facility free of charge (subject to availability) provided a valid permit is displayed in the vehicle windscreen.
