Lost property

Call the Lost Property office on 0207 401 7861. The Lost Property office is open from 
7:30am-7pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Lost Property is sent from all stations to our central Lost Property office, located at London Waterloo station, where the search and return of all items takes place. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the items to be received at this office. 

Please note: You may be charged for the return of your item in accordance with our National Conditions of Carriage policy for Lost Property - you will be advised of this cost if your item is located. Unfortunately, due to the vast amount of enquiries we handle, we can only contact you if your item is found.

If you are picking property up for another person, their written authorisation will be required. Personal identification will be required in all cases of property collection.
