Meet the Manager
Meet the Manager is our unique programme that gives you an opportunity to meet senior managers and directors of South West Trains.
For us, it is an important source of feedback about local and company-wide issues. Your feedback at these sessions is used to understand your concerns and implement strategies to improve the services and facilities we offer.
You can expect to receive one-to-one responses to concerns raised at these sessions and gain an insight into the running of our business. We want you to know that your views are taken seriously and that the feedback you give us often results in positive changes.
We will also be running 'Tweet the Manager' sessions alongside the regular Meet the Manager forum at London Waterloo station. They are designed to provide further opportunity for passengers to get fast and direct feedback from managers.
Meet the Manager and Tweet the Manager forums are held regularly throughout the year.
