Building trust with our stakeholders in the wider community and listening to their views is a key part of our strategy to improve our services.
We regularly engage with a range of groups through face-to-face meetings, as well as by seeking feedback on our proposals through formal consultation.
As well as participating in the twice-yearly National Passenger Survey, we use independent research to measure both staff satisfaction and our reputation among our passengers.
