Winchester CathedralWinchester Cathedral is situated in the heart of England's ancient capital and is the last resting place of Jane Austen. The present building, the longest medieval cathedral in Britain, dates from 1079, and its Norman heritage is still evident. Visitors will discover the beautiful illuminated Winchester Bible, 12th-century wall paintings, medieval carvings, contemporary art and the awe and wonder of this magnificent building.

Intech Science Centre Intech Science Centre and Planetarium is an under-cover, all-weather visitor attraction and education centre. There are 80 hands-on interactive science and technology exhibits, ideal for children aged 5-12. With 176 seats, the Planetarium is the largest in the UK. From Winchester train station take the no 5 bus (Mon-Sat) and change to X64 or 67 bus or take a taxi direct to Intech.
