We want to make sure that all passengers who use our network are able to tell us exactly what’s going on during their journeys - whether that’s things we’re doing well, or areas we could improve.
Throughout the year we offer customers a variety of opportunities to discuss issues, ask questions and comment on our service. From making the most of social media with our Tweet the Manager sessions to WebChats and opportunities to meet the teams, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to share your thoughts and opinions.
This gives us the opportunity to understand how you think we are doing, spot where improvements can be made and to identify how we can make our service better for you.
Your feedback is very important to us, and based on the results you give us, we are able to tailor our approach and focus on what matters most to you.
The survey takes only a few minutes to complete or a little bit longer if you wish to go into detail about where we can improve.

Twice a year we hold a live web chat event with the directors of South West Trains, giving you a chance to ask any questions or forward any suggestions you may have.
These web chats are a totally open forum, where you can discuss anything that has been playing on your mind when you’ve been using South West Trains. Whether you’re a regular commuter or a casual leisure traveller, we want to hear about how we can make your train travel better, and these web chats are a great way to get your message across.
The dates of our live web chats will be posted on this website in advance of the event, giving you plenty of time to plan it into your calendar.

We know you may have questions about the train service and facilities at the stations you travel through, and we want to make sure that we’re answering them. That’s why we hold Tweet the Manager sessions every month, to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have for our team of South West Trains managers.
Not only is this a fast, direct way of getting the answers that you need, but it helps us to find out what’s on the mind’s of the people who travel on our network.
To join in the sessions all you have to do is follow us on Twitter @SW_Trains, and post your questions using the hashtag #TTMSWT. If you can’t join us live during one of the sessions then don’t worry, a Q&A will be available on our website within 48 hours.
