Ramp for train access
From Monday 13 March 2017, we will be working on improving the accessibility to the station entrance next to Costa Coffee. We expect the work to be completed by the end of April 2017.
The station will remain accessible through the other entrances at all times.

Help points are available on all platforms
All South West Trains ticket machines are able to sell tickets with Disabled Persons Railcard discounts. All machines are accessible, however the station may not be so please check the station access note for further detailsThe National key toilets are located in the corridor beyond the gateline; these toilets are operated by a radar key.
Lifts are now open for customer use allowing access between the concourse and all platforms.
The design for the ramp at the front of the station, enabling level access needed for wheelchair users, is nearing completion.
The gateline has been relocated to the new position within the concourse. We have also installed an additional wide gate to improve the flow through the area.
